The company offers discretionary asset management services to accredited investors and qualified investors. Pathfinder holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence for Fund Management under the Securities and Futures Act of Singapore. Both directors of Pathfinder are holders of the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
We take a long term view of relationship with clients and of investment in securities. We focus our efforts on understanding the fundamental value of securities rather than trying to predict short term securities price movements. Our clients will be those who understand and share our value focus investment approach and looking for good returns over the long term.
We cover primarily listed securities with a special emphasis on the equities in Asia. Our focus is on bottom-up, fundamental research to identify deep value small cap and mid cap securities in Asian securities markets.
Pathfinder will also be investing its capital in the investments that we make for our clients. We believe that will help ensure that Pathfinder’s and the clients’ interest are aligned, subject to the overriding principle that the clients’ interest comes first.
